I wanted these items to be easily accessible so most of these items aren’t vintage. They are, however, inspired by vintage shapes and finishes to bring some character into your home. I love mixing different styles and periods together to get a unique eclectic look. My favorite piece is the fan shaped metal vase, it is so unique and instantly brings character into any room. Pair it with some quite florals or greenery to let the vase shine.
- Bust: Nothing say ‘antique’ quite like a roman-looking bust in your home. Try scouting your local antiques stores for a proper one with history, or hack the look with this one from Burke Decor.
- Glass Footed Bowl: If you have open shelving in your kitchen, I love to add a bit of glass like this jelly bowl. If you are short on space in the kitchen they are also useful in the living room for entertaining, just add nuts.
- Patinated Planter: Looks so pretty with a fern planted in it, and the perfect size to make a statement without overpowering the room.
- Terracotta Planter: This feels very sweet and feminine, comes with a saucer for indoor use.
- Fan Vase: This vase has me drooling! I am in love and am patiently waiting for a restock.
- Earthenware Glazed Small Pot: The like that this glaze has variation and isn’t ‘perfect’, it makes it fall in with the lived-in vibe. The unglazed rim also adds a great pop of contrast.
- Floral Pillow: William Morris can do no wrong. This honeysuckle print is the perfect way to add a vintage spin to your sofa.
- Metal Pitcher: I would love to see this filled with some flowers or branches (perhaps a mix of both?).
- Blue Pot: Cute and affordable, pair with a tall piece to make a vignette feel more balanced.
- Iron Tray: Perfect as a base layer on a coffee table, ottoman, or a deep bookshelf. Stack up a book or two and a decorative accent-piece.
- Tall Verdigris Vase: One of my current obsessions is anything verdigris. This vase also has a unique shape and ribbing that helps show off the patina or the piece.
