It’s been a minute since I’ve posted between travel (hello Charleston) and lots of work I feel like I’ve been go go go, so now seems like the perfect time to share a few skin care and pampering favorites in this spa inspired gift guide. It’s never a bad time to treat yourself or someone else in your life.
- Skin Care Fridge: This mini fridge from Cooluli is from their beauty line and is optimized to be used specifically for storing face masks, serums, jade rollers in more in a cool environment. It is the perfect size to sit on top of a vanity and makes very little noise as to not interrupt your beauty sleep if kept in the bedroom.
- Ice Roller: Facial ice rollers are ideal for de-puffing the face (particularly after one two many espresso martinis the night before). Influencer, Lauryn Bosstick, creator of The Skinny Confidential designed this ice roller to stay colder for longer than other competitors on the market (and it’s pink). Plus she has now released a “sleeping bag” for it that it can live in while it’s chilling in the freezer, which I love because this is something that always bothered me about my former ice roller is that I felt like it was just mixed in with my food with no protective layer.
- Makeup Removing Cloth: I love, love, love my Makeup Eraser(s). It is something I always make sure to bring with me when I travel because it makes it so much easier to take off your makeup at night and is more eco friendly than any make-up wipes out there. I like to have several on hand so I can throw them in the hamper once they are dirty until laundry day. They are large enough that I feel like I can get a few days use out of one before switching to another, just make sure to rinse, wring, and hang to dry between uses.
- Laneige Lip Mask: Swipe a generous amount of this on before bed to wake up with soft, moisturized lips. I love both the original ‘berry’ version and the gummy bear scented/flavored.
- Spongelle Body Buffer: These body wash infused body buffers are amazing because not only do they suds up and smell amazing but they are great exfoliators. The eucalyptus rain scent is my absolute favorite, it’s a little muskier and more gender neutral than some of the other scents, but all of the scents are great (beach grass is another fave of mine).
- Mistless Humidifier: Canopy makes this awesome mistless hydrator, that I didn’t know until recently is supposed to be better for your skin. It has sensors to maintain optimal moisture levels and it has a little aroma pad that you can drop scented oils of your choosing onto for scented air.
- Face Wash/Makeup Remover: The milky jelly cleanser from Glossier is great for removing makeup or being a part of a double wash routine. I love how gentle and effective it is.
- Face Candle: I think a candle always sets the mood for relaxation and this one is too dang cute.
- Aloe Infused Socks: Super soft socks that also help soften and moisturize your feet? Sign me up!
- Bubble Bar: This is my favorite bubble bar from Lush and one that I just keep going back to. I think the bubble bars really give you more bang for your buck as compared to a bath bomb because you can break them up and just use part of them and save the rest for another bath (plus who doesn’t love bubbles?). Makes a great stocking stuffer as well!
- Pura Plug-In Diffuser: Pura’s plug in wall diffuser brings fan-favorite scents, such as Capri Blue Volcano, into your home without having to light a candle. The device holds two scents as a time so you can switch the scent easily and is all controlled from your phone, truly next level in the home-scent experience.
- Warmies Eye Mask: Ever get home and have a massive headache and just feel like you need to lay down? This eye mask can be heated up in the microwave to sooth and headache and the lavender scent helps calm and relax. You can also throw this in the freezer to chill it if you need cold therapy instead.
